Julie Hinkle graduated from BYU Idaho in 1984 with a Associates degree in Business Administration.  Previously employed at Qwest Communications, Julie worked as a Executive Administrative Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Products and Marketing.  In December, 2006, Julie joined Vantage Energy as Human Resources Manager and Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO and President.  Her current responsibilities include overseeing day to day office operations, administrative duties and employee benefits.

Formerly the Chief Financial Officer for Bill Barrett Corporation, a company focused on the acquisition, exploration, development and production of natural gas and crude oil in the Rocky Mountain region of the United States. Prior to joining Bill Barrett Corporation, Mr. Tyree served as Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Eric Burkhalter graduated from University of Missouri - Rolla in 1996 with a degree in Geological Engineering.  Previously employed at Quicksilver Resources, Inc., Eric worked as a job Sr. Operations Engineer.  In March 2010, Eric joined Vantage Energy as a Senior Completions Engineer.  His current responsibilities include the design and operation of completions and production.

Cindy Mason graduated from ACC in Colorado with an Associates certificate in Paralegal/Business Administration. Cindy has 25 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. Previously employed at large Oil & Gas companies such as General Atlantic, Snyder Oil, and EnCana Oil & Gas, Cindy worked as an Engineering Technician for Acquisitions, Operations and Corporate Reserves. In November, 2006, Cindy joined Vantage Energy as Sr. Evaluation Analyst which includes company day to day Acquisition evaluation and IT supervisor.

 

Michele Rupprecht graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2004 with a degree in Finance. Previously employed at Williams, Michele worked as a Reservoir Engineering Tech. In August 2008, Michele joined Vantage Energy as a Technical Analyst. Her current responsibilities include operations support and research, reserves, and regulatory work.

Richard Starkey graduated from Colorado School of Mines in 1980 with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering.  Richard, with 30 years industry experience, previously worked for Tennaco, Bridge Oil LLC, Ampolex LLC, Cody Energy, Malkewicz Hueni & Assoc., and EnCana specializing in reservoir engineering, strategic planning, reseres, and business development.  Richard is responsible for reservoir engineering in the Ft. worth basin.

Seth Urruty graduated from Gonzaga University in 2005 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and minor in Business.  Previously employed at Petro-Canada Resources, Seth worked as a Reservoir/Operations Engineer.  In November, 2007, he joined Vantage Energy as a Reservoir/Operations Engineer for the FW Basin and Uinta Basin assets.  As a Sr. Evaluations Engineer, he currently leads acquisition evaluations, reservoir engineering/business development and corporate modeling.

Dustin Griffin graduated from Jacksonville State University in 2006 with a degree in Geographic Information Systems.  Previously employed at Cardinal Mapping, Dustin worked as a GIS Consultant.  In July of 2010, Dustin joined Vantage Energy as a GIS Consultant.  His current responsibilities include managing all forms of critical spatial and non-spatial information by means of technologies in order to produce concise and quality output in the form of maps, reports, and charts.

Karen Wagner graduated from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 1981 with a BS in Geological Engineering.  Previously employed at Shell Western E&P, Karen worked as a Development Geologist.  In October, 2008, Karen joined Vantage Energy as a Geoteechnical Analyst.  Her current responsibilities include providing Geologic support for the Ft. Worth Basin and Geologist for the Appalachia Basin.

 

Mark Brown graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2005 with a degree in Energy Management.  Previously employed at EnCana Oil & Gas(USA) Inc., Mark worked as a Land Negotiator.  In July, 2007, Mark joined Vantage Energy as a Sr. Landman.  His current responsibilities include the management of leasehold acquisitions in the Fort Worth Basin.

Cindy Carter graduated from Metropolitan State college in 1984 with a degree in Elementary Education.  Previously employed at Mary Ray White, P.C., Cindy Carter worked as a Paralegal/Office Manager.  In December 2007, she joined Vantage Energy as a Property Analyst.  Her current responsibilities include lease analysis and management, division orders, recordings, title review, lease bonus and shut-in payments, and landman support.

Karla Hillman, a Colorado native, attended Colorado State University.   Karla has over 30 years industry experience and previously worked with Duncan Oil Inc, Apache Corp., Leede Exploration, General Atlantic, and Mitchell Energy Corp. Karla joined Vantage Energy in May, 2007 as a Senior Land Administrator. She is responsible for overseeing all lease record processes and division order distribution. 

Michael Holland graduated from the University of kansas in 1975 with a degree in Journalism.  Previously employed at EnCana Oil & Gas, Mike worked as a Group Lead.  In May, 2008, Mike joined Vantage Energy as a senior landman.  His current responsibilities include all land related functions exclusive of Tarrant County, Texas.

Barry Osborne has been with Vantage since November 2009 as is currently the Fort Worth Basin Land and Legal Manager. Prior to joining Vantage, Barry was Vice President of Land and Legal for Cornerstone E & P Company in Irving, Texas. Barry served as Associate General Counsel for EnCana Oil and Gas (USA) Inc. in its Dallas office and was Assistant General Counsel at Tom Brown, Inc. in Dallas prior to its acquisition by EnCana. Barry was Vice President of Land and Legal for Matador Petroleum in Dallas prior to its acquisition by Tom Brown, Inc. Before entering the oil and gas industry full time in 1994, Barry was in a private legal practice in Austin, Texas from 1986 to 1994 specializing in oil and gas, commercial law, and litigation. Barry is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas School of Law. Barry is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization

Stephanie Helmstaedter graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 2006 with a degree in Business Management.   In January 2008, Stephanie joined Vantage Energy as a Receptionist/Accounting Assistant.  Her current responsibilities include Accounts payable and Revenue.

Nettie Purdum graduated from University of Phoenix in 2008 with an MBA.  Previously employed at PetroHunter Operating company, Nettie worked as the accounting manager.  In May 2009, Nettie joined Vantage Energy as Interim Controller.  Her current responsibilities include all accounting functions.
